An exterior softwash is different to waterblasting in that we use our own special formula of biodegradable detergents. Our detergent breaks down all of the dust, dirt, grime and algae on the surface. We then rinse the grime off with low pressure. This sanitises the surface, in turn, delaying re-growth and keeping the surface cleaner for longer than waterblasting. The lower pressure is much safer for the surface cleaned and provides a more even clean than waterblasting.

There is minimised risk of paint damage and water ingress into structures. We carry products to deal with rust stains, oxidised paint, and different timber surfaces that many waterblasting companies do not.
